In my previous top 10, I shared my favorite suits from Kamen Rider Build. Now, this top 10 will feature my top 10 final forms from the Heisei era (pre-Zi-O).

For this list I'll have to consider the following:

- The forms should only be within their seasons, so no forms like Super TaToBa or Fourze's Fusion States in this list.

- No movie-only modes such as W's Cyclone Joker Gold Extreme, or Wizard's Infinity Dragon.

- This will come in no particular order.

- This is based solely on my own preferences, so please tell us in the comments your favorite final forms.

1. Kamen Rider Ex-Aid Hyper Muteki

As the guy who shows up n the thumbnail of this article, you know he has to be here for a reason. Hyper Muteki is THE MOST POWERFUL FINAL FORM at least in terms of raw physical power (128 tons for both punch and kick stats). However, it doesn't end there. Hyper Muteki's other abilities such as teleportation, ability to nullify time stops, and is virtually invincible. Also, design-wise, I find the gold amusing but nice, and the long hair is also functional.

2. Kamen Rider Ghost Mugen Damashii

For a season that generally gets a lot of flak even until today, there are at least some things Kamen Rider Ghost did right. As the true evolution of the Ore Damashii, Mugen Damashii is the embodiment of Takeru's emotions. Because of these emotions, Mugen Damashii gains a plethora of finishers. Though not my favorite among Ghost's forms (I'm more of a Toucon Boost guy myself), I still find this better than some other Heisei final forms, honestly.

3. Kamen Drive Type Tridron

If we're talking about the BEST-LOOKING final forms, Type Tridron is on the top of my style list. Even with the tire on his left shoulder, he still looks balanced and the chest armor's asymmetry is still a gorgeous piece of art. Shinnosuke's fighting style looks cool enough in this suit, but have Mr. Belt take over, and you up the finesse tenfold.

4. Kamen Rider Kuuga Ultimate Form

This list shouldn't be complete without the granddaddy of all Heisei rider final forms. The design alone show how much Yuusuke has grown as Kuuga. The Souchaku Henshin toy version shows that Ultimate Form can use all of the Rising weapons, albeit colored black. This form can use fire attacks, as shown in the final battle against N Daguba Zeba, and its Rider Kick is said to be able to destroy the world. Too bad it only appeared in the final episode and wasn't even fully explored.

5. Kamen Rider Blade King Form

One of the best looking final forms for me. Blade King Form is also powerful, as it can draw abilities from all the Undead fused to Kenzaki. Also, ROYAL STRAIGHT FLUSH was iconic.

6. Kamen Rider Kiva Emperor Form

Kiva Emperor's armor looks like royalty. Its finishers are also stylish making this form one of the best, visually. And as one of the final forms that has its own theme song, Supernova is my favorite.

7. Kamen Rider Faiz Blaster Form

The simplest looking of all the final forms, but one that's actually cool in battle. Despite being a simple recolor of the Faiz suit, its power comes from its equipment. The Faiz Blaster makes for an awesome weapon. And Crimson Smash becomes more devastating especially during Paradise Lost. The added backpack not only gives flight but can also turn into badass shoulder cannons.

8. Kamen Rider W Cyclone Joker Extreme

The true fusion of Shotaro and Philip in both mind and body, literally. Though this is the weakest among the final forms listed here in terms of physical stats (5 tons punch 10 tons kick), it still managed to overcome powerful enemies. It definitely builds upon improving the design of Cyclone Joker as Well. Plus, the Prism Beaker is an amazing weapon.

9. Armed Hibiki

Although Hibiki doesn't look like a rider (it wasn't supposed to be a Kamen Rider show in the first place actually), the Oni suits actually look pretty good. Armed Hibiki's armor looks amazing in crimson. And the power of music, man. The power of music.

10. Kamen Rider Gaim Kiwami Arms

The form that made Kouta Kazuraba into a literal GOD. Although not the most impressive physically (14.5 tons punch 20 tons kick), its powers can still allow Gaim to stand toe to toe with more powerful riders such as Ex-Aid and Kuuga. Summoning Arms weapons to fly around to protect him and attack enemies at the same time, summoning vines to bind and whip around enemies, opening portals to send enemies to another world, or summoning an army of Invess monsters, Kiwami Arms is definitely a force to be reckoned with.
