Check-out this new stills from the 14th episode of Power Rangers Super Ninja Steel entitled "Sheriff Skyfire" which was taken from the french airing of the series courtesy of Power Rangers Now.
This episode introduces us to an all new hero named Sheriff Skyfire, who was hired by Madame Odius telling him that the Power Rangers are all evil and that have stolen her ninja nexus prism.
Fast fact for those who haven't have the info yet, Sheriff Skyfire's character is originally a Japanese hero called Sekai Ninja Jiraiya who's series is the 7th installment in the Metal Hero Franchise. The clips that was used in the series came from the Shuriken Sentai Ninninger X Sekai Ninja Jiraiya team-up episode. This is not the first time that we saw a Metal Hero in a Power Rangers series as the B-Fighters were the main villains in the Power Rangers Wildforce team-up episode, Forever Red.

Well...
Because, in a series about ninjas and shinobi, calling him "Ninja Jiraiya" (it seems to me very clear how much this character had... of... "sheriff features"... damn, come on!) would have been too much difficult.
I mean... speaking from "author to author" i have so much respect fot the creative process.
But sometimes I think american creators, screenwriters and showrunners are seriously mentally-retarded.
Using classic sentai characters for world building? Too bad that idea didn’t occur when the decision was made to use pre zyuranger suits in megaforce
