The Phantom Thieves are kidnapped and its up to the Global Police to investigate how this came to be but in all of a sudden, a group of mysterious heroes from another world arrives thus forms the biggest gathering of 3 Super Sentai teams consisting of the Phantom Thieves, the Global Police Unit and the ultimate saviors!
