Looks like the month of February is gonna be another month for the lord of time as he will finally acquire his new power-up form: Kamen Rider ZI-O II!
Introducing Kamen Rider ZI-O II. Sougo can access this form by the all new Ride Watch that is the ZI-O Ride Watch II. In this form, he is armed with the Saikyo Grade which can also combine with the Zikkan Grade.
Other abilities will be revealed later as soon as scans from the March 2019 issues of Televi-Kun and Televi Magazine are released this week.

That looks sick as hell. Even if the show feels a bit disappointing (Woz and Shinobi are the best things that came from the show, with Sougo being boring and Geiz being the worst second rider since Specter), the designs are really good.
