Powered by the souls of his 3 friends, the Grease Perfect Kingdom will activate Kamen Rider Grease's Perfect Kingdom form whose helmet is almost a copy of IXA's rising form. As for the still the evil rider, we will be getting rehash of Build's Hazard Form named Metal Build with a different helmet.

Grease design is okay but the color is just so bad
Build metal meanwhile i just the laziest of lazy design
I really like both designs. Grease's reflects how he's being supported by his 3 fallen (and kind of annoying) friends while this new dark rider may bring some bad memories to Grease as he may have developed trauma from seeing Sento as Hazard killing Aoba.
There is so much going on in that suit and I LOVE it!
Not going to lie that form look awesome as f*ck.
