Mitsuru Matsuoka is back as Katsumi Daido, aka Kamen Rider Eternal!
Kamen Rider Zi-O's official Twitter officially posted the announcement on their account, and Katsmi Daido is confirmed to appear on episode 45 and will transform as Kamen Rider Eternal.
Although he was killed in Kamen Rider W the movie how was he brought back from the dead once again? And why? Find out on the next episode!
