Another sad news has hit the whole Power Rangers fandom as actor Robert Axelrod, known for his role as Lord Zedd from the 2nd season of Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers has passed away today . He was 70 years old.
The news was announced by 2 of Mr. Axelrod's closest friends via facebook. Besides Lord Zedd, Mr. Axelrod also provided the voice for season 1's Finster and other evil space aliens from the series plus Armadillomon, Ankylomon from Digimon.
Mr. Axelrod took surgery back in 2018 but complications struck and he was out for many months but friends and fans alike made a fundraising page to help with medical bills.
