Looks like the triple Spiderverse team-up from the 3rd MCU movie will never happen as Sony Entertainment recently debunks the news about casting of the two former Spider-Man actors.
The news was recently announced ET Canada via a Sony representative saying that the Maguire and Garfield (who is currently filming Tik,Tik..Boom! in New York) casting was not true except for Benedict Cumberbatch (Doctor Strange) and Jamie Foxx (Electro).
But knowing Marvel, a surprise to us spidey fans is not far! For now, let's all hope that this epic team-up will happen anytime soon.

Not debunked completely. They just said that the casting was not confirmed, meaning there's still a chance for it to be confirmed. Also, they didn't outright deny that they will be part of the cast.
