The mysterious hooded man's identity is finally revealed and his name is Yuri. By using the Wonder Ride Book called "Kin no Buki, Gin no Buki", Yuri transforms into a sword instead of an actual Kamen Rider where summons a shadow warrior called Shadow who wields him in battle.
When he is in his sword form, Kamen Rider Saikou can also be wield by the other Logos swordsmen in which Kamen Rider Saber will also wield him.
