According to the report, the Mashin Sentai Kiramager VS Kishiryu Sentai Ryusoulger team-up movie has been scrapped due to the COVID-19 situation that we are still facing up to this date. Add to the fact that the original episode count for the series has also been cut down just like Kamen Rider Zero-One.
This will be the first Super Sentai team that will not have a team-up movie with their predecessors whereas Mirai Sentai Timeranger was the first team to not have a team-up with their successors, Hyakujuu Sentai Gaoranger.

I think you forgot didn't get a Kyuranger VS Zyuohger movie, the closest we had was Misao having a pointless cameo in Lupin VS Pato VS Kyu.
Kyuranger didn't have a teamup movie with their predecessors either.
Incorrect information. The Kyurangers did not have a team-up with their predecessors, the Zyuohgers. So the last lack of a team-up is actually more recent than Timeranger.
Not the first to not have a team up. Anyone remember Zyuhoger? It didn't happen with Kyuranger.
Of course it's not gonna happen, because people around the world (especially in Japan) must keep on relying on their lives by showering themselves in the morning, washing their hands, putting their face masks on, saving their own lives and also staying at their own homes.

This is not the first season to not have a team-up movie. Ever since the tradition of VS movies started with Ohranger VS Kakuranger, Kyuuranger was the first season not to have a VS movie with its previous season. Kiramager might be the second. Although I really hope that they still do the team-up movie with Ryusoulger. Even if it's late. Kiramager is a great season, and if it doesn't have a VS movie, a whole lot of potential will be wasted. Hoping for the best.
