Introducing Kamen Rider Saber Elemental Primitive Dragon. This upgrade of the Primitive Dragon form is achieved when the Primitive Dragon Wonder Ride Book is combined with the Wonder Ride Book Elemental Dragon. This form controls the four elements; earth, wind, fire, and water.
