Introducing Kamen Rider Saber Elemental Primitive Dragon. This upgrade of the Primitive Dragon form is achieved when the Primitive Dragon Wonder Ride Book is combined with the Wonder Ride Book Elemental Dragon. This form controls the four elements; earth, wind, fire, and water.
And lastly, everybody's favorite girl from the southern base, Reika, will become Kamen Rider Sabera. She transforms into her rider form by using the Eneiken Noroshi and the Konchu Daihyakka Wonder Ride Book.
