It was reported that fan-favorite Batman actor Michael Keaton will be reprising his dark knight role in the upcoming Batgirl HBOmax series.
Here's what was said about Keaton joining the cast officially:
"While Batgirl‘s plot is being kept under wraps, it centers on Barbara Gordon (Grace), the daughter of Gotham City police commissioner Jim Gordon. Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah (Bad Boys for Life) are directing the film from a script by Christina Hodson."
Before we get to see him in Batgirl as Bruce Wayne/Batman showing Barbara Gordon all the ropes of being a caped crusader, Keaton will also wear the bat suit in next year's The Flash movie. It is still not reported if Batgirl will also hit the big screen when it premieres.
