In the 19th episode of Kamen Rider Revice, Hiromi visits the commander's grave to pay his respects. This is where he will also meet his old friends.

"Ikki and his friends overcame their anger and fear and succeeded in separating Julio with the power of Volcano & Barid Rex! They decide to use their newfound power to stop Olteca no matter the cost.
Meanwhile, Olteca is wary of Revice's power, as he sets his sights on Kamen Rider Demons, who appears to be vulnerable! Hiromi was visiting Commander Wakabayashi's grave, and he can't believe what he just discovered. Could his weakness be a result of his Demons Driver rapidly aging his body, or stress and regret stemming from his boss' death? Just then, two of Hiromi's former Fenix allies appear, Tatsuhiko Tabuchi and Chigusa Yamagiri! It's been a long time since he's seen them, but something seems to be on their minds..."
