Meet the newest riders to join the Desire Grand Prix, Keirou and Leta!
From the designs of their suits, they are repaints of Ginpen and Mary, respectively, though Keirou appears to be more of an owl, and Leta is a goat.
Both of them are also seen using a new Armed Buckle, the Propeller. Keirou is also seen using the Ninja Raise Buckle.
Now for their identities!
Keirou is actually an old man named Ittetsu Tanba, and Leta is a woman named Yukie Yaginuma.
