As for Spanner and Rinne, they will finally transform into their proper rider forms! With the help of the Alchemist Driver Unit, Rinne will transform into Kamen Rider Majade while Spanner will transform into Kamen Rider Valvarad with the help of the Gotchard Igniter Unit. And yes, Kamen Rider Legend will also make his proper TV debut next year!
