It was recently announced that Takashi Edzure, writer for Showa Kamen Rider shows like Sky Rider, Kamen Rider Super-1, and Kamen Rider Black RX, passed away last January 22.
Takashi's death was caused by infective endocarditis. It was also announced that his funeral will be held on January 27th.
