"The trump card to defeat the resurrected Dagded was the "King's Proof" in the possession of Gira and the other kings. In fact, the proof of the kings was sealed with a dangerous power that could destroy the country. In order to make sure that the power was not used in the wrong way, an "organizer" was needed.
