It was recently reported that actor Chris Evans is slated to return in the Marvel cinematic universe but he will not portray either Captain America or Human Torch. Who could this be? Read on, true believers! And please, let's all take this with a grain of salt as always.
According to Super Hero Hype, the actor will portray a role that is close to Captain America and it is also not the rumored Hydra Captain America but the man without a country called Nomad.
Nomad is the identity that Steve Rogers took when he abandons the role of the sentinel of liberty after losing faith to the government that he once loyally trusted. We also know that this was the character that Evans loosely based his cap role in Infinity War but there is no other report if this is a variant that comes from Downey's Doctor Doom universe or what became of Steve Rogers after End Game.
