The time for Marvel and DC to cross paths once again is now! This year, the merc-with-a-mouth finally meets the dark knight for the first time, and this is a dream come true for all comic book fans!
This will mark the first Marvel x DC crossover special in 20 years, with the initial installment named Deadpool/Batman, which is written by Zeb Wells with art by Greg Capullo, is slated for release this September, while the follow-up, Batman/Deadpool, written by Grant Morrison and drawn by Dan Mora, is planned for November 2025.
The story is set in Gotham City, where Deadpool is hired for a mercenary job, but this will put him in Batman's sights! But after learning that the Joker is involved in all of this, the two will set aside their differences and work together. Other Marvel x DC crossovers are also the way, so let us all wait for the big announcements!
