"The Gozyugers are in trouble when Gyaru No.1 suddenly appears and attacks them with an extremely dangerous attack. Then, Sumino's younger sister, Oto, whom Sumino has been looking for for a long time, appears. The grown-up Oto has "changed her character" into a Gyaru, and seems to be a different person from her pure childhood days.
