The 4th chapter stars Amane Tensho, the daughter of the legendary father of the Kamen Rider franchise, Hiroshi Fujioka, as Nayuta Mikazuki, who transforms into the female version of Kamen Rider Ichigo called Eins, and Arisa Komiya as Sumire Kurono as Kamen Rider Fatale, a dark version of Kamen Rider Femme.
Directed by Koichi Sakamoto and written by Hiroki Uchida, Kamen Rider Eins with Girls Remix will premiere this January 2026 via TTFC's streaming service.
