Yeah when is this show gonna get cancelled??? Hes not gonna win the pokemon league and more shitty sidekicks. This is truly the end.

Apparently the show takes the same pattern as Advance Generation series.
The first Pokemon series we have 2 gym leaders (Brock + Misty) accompanying Ash, the same pattern is applied to BW series (Cilan + Iris).
In Adv.Gen Ash traveled with 1 gym leader (Brock), the heroine of the game (May) and a younger sibling (Max). Catch the exact similar pattern in XY? Clemont is a gym leader, and Serena is our game heroine. Bonnie is essentialy Max, though this time its a sister and not brother ;D

The new girl knew Ash from childhood? They should just add Ash to the harem contenders list.

To be honest I stopped watching the anime series after BW states that Ash is still a goddamn 10 year old. I was expecting Ash to be a teenager now.

I don't even WATCH CN anymore because of what they did to DC Nation last Oct. 13. If you have Boomerang, you've seen that they show newer stuff in contrast to their original premise of showing classic cartoons; newer stuff such as Pokémon the Movie: Kyurem vs. the Sword of Justice, as well as the first 13 seasons of Pokémon. Also, XY will be its 17th season.

Is anyone else wondering why Ash still sucks?

I've never really followed the series because I thought they were childish.
Some years later, and nothings changed.

There should be a Pokemon series for adults. A series where big problems aren't solved through friendship/teamwork.

*I swear, shouldn't Pikachu be LVL:100 by now? How is it losing to novice pokemon?

The show isn't going to get cancelled, like, ever.

Maybe you don't like it because you're no longer in its target demographic? Ever noticed how the series hasn't really changed in ten years, yet you now think it sucks? Maybe it's because, like I said, you've grown up and out of the age range that the anime is meant for. Ever thought about that?

I have a friend who has a six year old brother who is absolutely mad about Pokemon. He thinks Ash is the bees knees; he pretty much idolises him.E

I understand that I'm too old for the anime, but I still enjoy and play the games. I told him about X&Y and showed him some o the new Pokemon. We are both really looking forward to X&Y!
