The GARO official website announced a brand new side-story film entitled “GARO Gaiden: Tougen no Fue” (牙狼外伝 桃幻の笛), centering around Jabi and Rekka, as they went to the Northern Forest. The film premieres this July.
Meanwhile, the third season, “GARO: The One Who Shines In The Darkness” premieres this April 5th. The new series stars Wataru Kuriyama and Junya Ikeda (Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger).
Yay another movie!
ReplyDeleteBtw which timeline is it? I don't remember those 2 went to that forest.
I'm not sure I want to watch the new tv series. As much as I like Gai, the new GARO looked... Idk, unappealing? To be honest Koga, Rei and even Kaoru are part of the charm that made me like the show, idk about this new ones. Perhaps I'll wait for some reviews first.
ReplyDeleteThe new gaiden on the contrary, is a must-watch haha.
OWWW YEAAHH!!! i love Jabi and Rekka^^
ReplyDeleteFirst Anonymous, it's set DURING the new movie, so it's post-Makai Senki.
ReplyDeletehopefully this Gai is no more happy-go-lucky hero
ReplyDelete@Anon above me
ReplyDeleteYou couldn't bother at least watching the 1st episode? What is it with fans already saying they hate the 3rd season or whatever. Just wait until the it actually airs and then make your judgement. Please remember the line of Makai Knight is descended from father to son or master to teacher. What do you guys want? Kouga being a knight for hundreds of years?
Just knowing from the characters's description that Ryuga the new Garo has a bright and kind personality already excited me because how different he could be from Kouga. Not that I hate Kouga, but if Ryuga has the personality as Kouga it would be boring as hell and repetitive. Kaoru was not that good in the 1st season, kinda annoying actually, Enho and Rian from the 3rd season are already more exciting to watch for me
Garo the story is very good and very interesting, making us tense in every scene of the duel ..
