The official Pokémon YouTube channel started streaming the fifth gameplay promo for the latest installments of the Pokémon game franchise, Pokémon X and Pokémon Y. This showcases new Pokémon, as well as the region's professor and bad guys.
The new Pokémon featured in the trailer are Pancham's evolution Pangoro (JP name: Goronda), squid Pokémon Inkay (Maika) and Malamar (Karamanero), cotton candy Pokémon Swirlix (Peroppafu), and Pokémon Y exclusive Spritzee (Shushup). Also introduced in the trailer are Professor Sycamore (Purataanu) and this region's evil guys, Team Flare.

That new professor's looks just scream: "I'm Fabulous!"
THAT HAIR! Mr Professor Sir... did you spend your spare time to make up your hairdo? or is it because you actually didn't have ANY time to do any?
I guess the leaked rumor at Pokebeach was correct after all. Inkay and Pangoro have new evolutions never-before-done methods, which are quite interesting. Just read it on their site if you want to know more.
That flashy professor... suddenly I feel like listening to the song "Colors of the Wind" XD
Oh, and guessing time:
- Grant will be Rock gym leader (though I kinda wish he would be Dark, no pun intended)
- Clemont will either be Electric or Steel. And is he already the 2nd gym leader with siblings? Viola (the bug one) has her sister in the game as well...
