Ryousuke Miura (Kamen Rider OOO) will be joining the cast of the upcoming Rurouni Kenshin live action film sequels. He will play the role of Sawagejo Cho, one of Shishio's "Ten Swords".
Additionally, here are the film's other cast:
Maryjun Takahashi (Rich Man, Poor Woman SP) as Komagata Yumi who came to love Shishio Makoto with an utmost passion, and joined his conspiracy to bring down the Meiji government.
Min Tanaka (The Twilight Samurai) as Kashiwazaki Nenji aka Okina, a strong fighter and a talented strategist who wields steel tonfa.
Miyazawa Kazufumi (Jin 2, Love 2000) as Ōkubo Toshimichi, a legendary Ishin Shishi leader and samurai from Satsuma who became a major official in the Meiji Government after the end of the bakumatsu.
Yukiyoshi Ozawa (Brain Man, Young Black Jack) as Ito Hirobumi, a samurai of Chōshū domain and a four time Prime Minister of Japan.
Previously revealed cast are:
Tatsuya Fujiwara (Death Note's Light Yagami) will play as the powerful Shishio Makoto.
Yusuke Iseya (Ashita no Joe, Honey & Clover) will play Aoshi Shinomori, the head of the Oniwabanshū ninja.
Playing the right-hand man of Makoto Shishio, Soujirou Seta is Ryunosuke Kamiki (Tantei Gakuen Q, Howl's Moving Castle).
Most of the cast from the original live action film will be reprising theirs roles, minus Yahiko Myojin's actor who will now be played by Oyagi Kaito (Abacus and Sword, Castella), replacing Taketo Tanaka.
It has been confirmed that Rurouni Kenshin will have another two live-action films encompassing the manga/anime's Kyoto Arc. These will be entitled “Rurouni Kenshin: The Great Kyoto Fire Arc” and “Rurouni Kenshin: The End of a Legend Arc”.
The "Kyoto Arc" took place several months after Kenshin joins the Kamiya Dojo. Shishio Makoto plans to conquer Japan by destroying the Meiji Government, starting with Kyoto. Feeling that his friends may be attacked, Kenshin goes to meet Shishio alone in order to defeat him. However, many of his friends, including a young Oniwabanshū named Makimachi Misao, decide to help him in his fight.

I'm actually more curious on who will play the other Juppongatana (Ten Swords) members as well as the Oniwabanshuu (Misao, Hannya & others).
So far we only have Soujiro & Cho (along with leader Shishio & Yumi) for Ten Swords, and only Aoshi for the Oniwabanshuu.
Can't wait to see the upcoming film... ;)

My thoughts exactly I want to know as well who will play the role of Seijuro Hiko he's the main character I want to see. Love it when he calls Kenshin "my idiot apprentice" Good pick for Saito. Ooh I wonder who'll play Anji? He's cool too.
