US Based Toku Hero Fujiyama Ichiban The Movie Begins Filiming


The California based local hero Fujiyama Ichiban has gained popularity over the past years and now, the creator of this local hero, Michi Yamato, has begun filming the live-action movie that's based on the character.



Originally created and distributed in a bi-monthly magazine to selected business in South California, Fujiyama Ichiban was created and introduced to American fans, children and adults alike, so Americans can get a piece of Japanese culture while also promoting environmental awareness. Michi Yamato, Fujiyama 's creator and owner of Samurai Action Studio, is also a highly experienced martial artist. suit actor and stunt coordinator, has worked on many Japanese and US tokusatsu shows.


The cast: Yuuki Yamigawa as Sakura Sugiyama and Adam Forrest as Sun Taiyo

The movie's story revolves around a young college student named Sun Taiyo (Adam Forrest), who was born in japan and raised in Los Angeles. Dark Matter, an alien organization, has kidnapped Sun's father who is an environmental scientist who is developing a tech to harvest and utilize natural energy and their next target will be Sun himself. With the help of his mentor Tsurugi Sensei (Michi Yamato), Sun transforms into Fujiyama Ichiban using a solar powered armor developed by his college instructor, Professor Sebastian (Bob Telford) and fights side by side with his girlfriend Sakura Sugiyama (Yuuki Yamagiwa) who transform into Sakura Ichiban and a bird robot named Emerald.
