Interesting design, even if it is just a repaint of the Grateful Damashii suit with a few new pieces on the shoulders... I like how the crest on the helmet is a stylized 平 kanji. Actually, at first glance, I thought it was some kind of Chase Type High Speed.
The symbol on his head is Kuuga's.
It's a Graceful Damashii recolour with the Heisei Rider Symbols instead of the Heroic 15. And the helmet is representing Kuuga because there are 16 Heisei Riders where as Graceful was only 15
And Ichigou Damashii is just a hood/faceplate and a scarf, no jacket.... Weird.
The Kuuga symbol isn't on his head, and there is 17 rider symbols on the suit, because the armor also added those extra symbols on the shoulder(Gaim & Drive). And the fact that there are 17 heisei riders, meaning there is a Kuuga symbol somewhere on the armor. But the helmet and color is really Kuuga-ish
