Recently revealed on the upcoming issue of Terebi-Kun and Terebi Magazine, here's our first look for Shishi Red's first power-up form (yes folks, another one for the red guy!), Pegasus Shishi Red!
And before you say "NOT ANOTHER ONE!", here's some information about this power-up:
To achieve this form, Shishi Red will use the power of the Pegasus Kyutama thus transforming him into Pegasus Shishi Red. In this form, Lucky will be armed with an armor complete with pegasus designs.
The big question is, will we be seeing power-ups for the other members now that 2 power-ups for the red ranger has been revealed? Only time, Bandai and PLEX will tell.

Toei never seem to learn don' they? I know red will have the best power up but christ sake don't negelect your characters. I feel like toei slowly becoming power rangers with power ups for the red and not giving/sharing the form with teams. It's to early for me to judge, because the series hasn't even debut yet but lets hope other members can share the form.
So far, the commenters and OP seem to have missed that not only is there a picture of Koguma SkyBlue, but that he gets a power up as well, so it isn't just Shishi Red getting all the fun. It looks like Koguma SkyBlue can use the Ooguma Kyutama and transform into Ooguma SkyBlue.
Koguma SkyBlue powers up into Ooguma SkyBlue... Perhaps he is a child like Kiba Ranger?

What skirt are you seeing? Its clear that SkyBlue is a boy like kibaranger or kingranger and that he can pull a "Justin" and grow to adult size.
That's not a skirt they're shorts all of the male Kyuranger's have them.
hopefully this can be shared like super Shinkenger mode, the Hyper Ressha, and Chozetsu but the thing was that the magazine out right said that the other members would use it, we don't have a confirmation here
