The sports classic is making a return after almost 25 years, and on the big screen!
Series creator Takehiko Inoue posted on Twitter an announcement that Slamdunk will be getting a movie very soon!
Slamdunk became popular in the 1990's, through manga and anime, and inspired many Japanese basketball players to go professional.
The series last recieved a film adaptation in 1995.
