Yes, he is back once again and this time, thanks to Ijirude, Stacy becomes StaCaesar Powered Up! He is now armed with a shield and a missile battery on his right forearm and chest and can summon legendary Sentai heroes in their super forms!
And no power-up is complete with a new mecha! Stacy will also get his black version of Juran and Gaon which can combine into Black JuraGaon!
