Since their introduction in Stardust Crusaders, stands became a focal point of the JoJo franchise. Battles have since been done among stand users. Here are my top 10 stands feom JoJo's Bizarre Adventure.

For this list, all entries will come in no particular order. And since this list will be purely subjective, feel free to share your own favorites in the comments.

Also, I'll be using the original Japanese names of the stands, because they're much cooler than the translated ones.

Silver Chariot is my favorite part 3 stand, and possibly overall. He can deliver quick, precise strikes with his sword, and even launch the blade for a ranged attack. He can also purge his armor for extra speed. He evolves into his requiem later, which is more powerful, but is more like an uncontrolled ghost, which is why I prefer the original.

The Hand has the ability to erase anything, even intangible objects such as the space between the user and the enemy, enabling the user, to attack up close. Its only weakness, is Okuyasu himself. Because he's quite dim.

Bruno Buccelatti's stand is definitely handy in a... sticky situation. Being able to zip open a pocket dimension, it's extremely helpful for sneaking past enemies, hiding, or even escaping. It can even zip apart enemies!

Emperor's form is that of only a gun. Bur its simple look belies a very deadly ability: redirecting bullets mid-motion. It allows the user to home in on enemies, and get around obstacles for a hit. It also seems to have infinite ammo, as Hol Horse never had to worry about reloading. You can also make it appear and disappear in the blink of an eye, giving quickdraw a new meaning.

After Yoshikage Kira and Josefumi Kujo merge to become Josuke Higashikata, Soft and Wet gains a very interesting ability: to steal certain properties of objects using bubbles. For example, he can launch bubbles at you that can take away your friction, making you slip uncontrollably, if Josuke wanted to.

Purple Haze is a stand that perfectly embodies his user. Pannacotta Fugo is typically calm, but when enraged, he goes completely out of control. The same goes for his stand. While most users are able to control their stand abilities, Fugo cannot. Purple Haze's signature ability is releasing a flesh-eating virus when the capsules on his knuckles when broken. The virus does not distinguish friend from foe, even Fugo himself.

Imagine Dio Brando not becoming a vampire, but instead be able to transform into a raptor that can infect other people to become raptors as well. That's Scary Monsters for you.

Made in Heaven will turn you into a speedster. But you don't even need to fight. You can just reset the whole universe. You want the most broken stand? This is the one.

Aerosmith allows the user to see drom the stand's point of view, perfect for reconnaissance while in a safe area. And Aerosmith can attack from afar with its guns and bomb.

Tusk is a stand born when Johnny Joestar learns the 'spin', a kind of energy produced through rotation. As Johnny improves his 'spin', Tusk also evolves. From allowing Johnny to shoot his nails, to even sending enemies to a different dimension due to an infinite spin, Tusk is an insane stand to have.
