With the promotion for Kamen Rider Gotchard now ongoing, let's go and check out some news regarding a leaked image of the rumored 3rd rider that looks closely like a passing thru world destroyer.

 

And before we begin, always remember that this is not yet confirmed and may count as a rumor so take it with a grain of salt as always.

As we can see from the "leaked" image above, he does closely resembles Kamen Rider Decade. And as it was rumored recently, Masahiro Inoue is being called to join the cast of the upcoming series.
