As for the plot, the series will follow the adventures of high school student Hotaro Ichinose, who uses the Gotcha Driver to transform into Kamen Rider Gotchard, and battle the evil creatures known as "Kaijin Malgam" while also collecting the mysterious cards known as the Ride Chemy Cards, in which lifeforms known as "Chemies" are stored.
The series is produced by TV Asahi's Takehiro Okawa and Toei's Yusuke Minato, is written by Keiichi Hasegawa and Hiroki Uchida, with veteran Super Sentai suit actor Hirofumi Fukuzawa as the action director and Ryuta Tasaki as the main series director.
Kamen Rider Gotchard will premiere this September 3, 2023 replacing Kamen Rider Geats after the series ends this August.
