It would be interesting if Megaforce would actually used "Gosei Green" as the sixth member.

If you remember the Goseiger series, there's actually a Green (suppose to be Gosei Blue's partner) but died as per the backstory of the series.

It's just english super sentai. If you think power rangers suck, then the same goes for sentai and you shouldn't even be here.
I think they're doing a decent job doing a 20th anniversary for the series. It's not gokaiger, but gokaiger celebrated super sentai which had seasons that are way different story wise than their american counterparts. (Just because the stories were different doesn't make them better. )

Remember, Mighty morphin' wasn't about dinosaur people or people with mythical animal fighting techniques, alien rangers weren't nijas, zeo wasn't celebrating the first series, turbo wasn't a parody, in space wasn't about highschoolers with video game powers, lost galaxy wasn't about fighting for nature, ninja storm wasn't really too comedic, dino thunder wasn't goofy either, mystic force wasn't about the power of family and courage, and for fucks sake RPM wasn't about a goofy team fighting along their engine partners against machines trying to pollute the earth.
Saban would be worst off trying to rip-off gokaiger.

Why can't Saban just sack up and hire a new cast to give Gokaigers their own Power Rangers season? My thoughts are Saban doesn't want Power Rangers to seem like the bad guys at all which totally sucks because if this style of Power Rangers continues and Super Megaforce stinks then Saban is gonna lose their adult fans.

Unlike the few pessimistic and negative anons from the comments above, I actually don't mine if they used the Gokai Silver suit and omit the others ones and just join the other megaforce rangers who use the goseiger suits. It good be like a mmpr season 2 tribute. The real thing that should matter is whether or not the sliver ranger actor will be any good. I also hope they won't give him some generic alien name like Zabor.

Honestly, I think they've already introduced the candidate for The Silver Ranger - I think it's Jordan. They demonstrated that he was particularly reflexive for a civilian, and he did have dreams of being a ranger.

People, if you don't like the way Saban is handling Power Rangers, stop watching altogether. Stay with the sentais and never be disappointed, just like what I did.

Why are grown adults complaining about a children's show Power Rangers/Super Sentai. If you are still watching to be entertained you need to reevaluate your life. At most its mindless entertainment i don't think to much or to deep about it. It is what it is a children's show. Get Over yourselves let Saban continue making shows for kids.

I watched two episodes of Mega Force and almost went into a comma because it was soooooo bad. I've seen all the sentai since Maskman and all PR up till now. I can say that in all honesty Super Sentai is far superior to Power Rangers.

They are keeping the actors because Megaforce is supposed to be their anniversary like gokaiger was for Super Sentai.

Also Saban is doing a waaaay better job than Disney. Disney made me want to hit characters, at least the worst I can say about Sabans was that they are bland. Also in all honesty you can just stop watching power rangers. I didn't even know it was still airing till I came to Jefusion. It's a show that airs on a kids network, its very easy to ignore.

After the debut of Robo Knight I stopped watching because I don't like it. I'll check back when they start the Super Megaforce season and if that fails in the first three to five episodes then I'm done watching Megaforce and Super Megaforce. Did the same thing with Samurai.

All I have to say that with all the negative comments... just stop. It won't change anything. Power Rangers will continue to be one of the best shows I've ever seen as a kid. I may have discovered Super Sentai when Dino Thunder aired and seen almost of Super Sentai, but I like both shows. They're both entertaining and awesome. Hope they continue to air in the near future.

Man, I'm really hoping they keep silver as a goofball rather than making him a second red ranger.
Though I think sentai and PR are the same thing and that power rangers is doing a fine job doing a tribute to power rangers with goseiger/gokaiger mix, I do believe they fail when it comes to making characters.
This season all the characters are the same but with minor differences, they're all perfect people who are never selfish and never make mistakes. Which bugs me as a fan of both series. Sentai does it right with their characters are either very self-centered or care about other, are cheerful and positive or serious and professional, super sentai points out that anybody can be a hero. While Power rangers only shows that you have to be perfect to be a hero. That would really make the series a bit better, because even samurai was pretty damn good because of this, even though it was a really watered down shinkenger.

And before I hit enter, might I add. Dear sentai fanboys, Gokaiger suuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuucked and so do your opinons. Megaforce is pretty fucking awesome especially after getting rid of all the gay overtones of Goseiger that only super sentai will allow. Get a life and go watch zyuden sentai kyuger. ( P.S. It also sucks. )

all of you fanboys need to buck up and you need to accept this for what it is, the other five suits ARE having a purpose which is better than not at all. the sixth ranger now has an actor and its a great choice. the other five suits are serving as super mode for the megaforce rangers using the mobirates and ranger keys with A PROFFESIONAL DIGNIFIED PURPOSE completely doing gokaiger justice. you are not SCG, you are not TOEI, you are not Bandai, you are fans and fans alone watching a childrens show which has been on the air for the past 20 years OF YOUR LIVES AND EVERYONE ELSE's. Saban is contractually obligated to adapt every single sentai in a given way befitting OUR STANDARDS for television. if you do not like it go back to watching source material which tells what you are looking for. and that is the end of that.

If he could replace actors that easily, as with the original actors for Jason, Zack and Trini, shows you what he thinks. It's not about fans, it's about PROFITS.
