Japanese kid's magazine Televi-kun had showed a preview of an upcoming Kamen Rider Wizard armament, the DragoTimer. This will allow Haruto to acquire the full power of the WizarDragon.
Can be utilized to a limited amount of time, Haruto can achieve the Kamen Rider Wizard All Dragon Style, equipping him with full dragon head, claw, wings, and tail.
This was earlier revealed in the new Wizard Action Please! (WAP!) figures releases. The appearance is nearly similar to Movie War ULTIMATUM's “Special Rush” style, but with a different color scheme, that's similar to that of the WizarDragon.

Look at Water Dragon's belt in the background.
I'm kind of starting to think that White Wizard might be Haruto from the future or something. Or perhaps a permanently red belt symbolizes mastery of all styles.
Water Dragon in the background using White Wizard belt? and if u notice the color on the helmet is little diffrent . Maybe white wizard will use Haruto ring
is that Kiva in the baground
Kiva!!! I really hope he's involved somehow. He would totally fit this series.
Water Dragon has the normal wizard driver belt colors. The gold trim is just hard to see so it looks like the white wizards's belt with red trim.
That's not the white wizard's belt. Its just the normal wizard driver. The gold trim of the belt is blurry so it kinda passes off as the red trim of the white wizard's belt.
Haruto's belt originally belonged to the first Wizard, who was White Wizard's partner. White Wizard was known as Wiizard back then. However a phantom was born from the first Wizard, that is Wiseman.
This wizard water dragon and this kiva are just paper cards that comes along with the magazine.
Intresting story anon from 10:35 am
Are you from the future or something man! But that story totally makes sense it also explains the mysterious connection between The White Wizard and Wiseman
