I must admit, I'm extremely curious as to how in the hell they managed to get Danny Slavin to come back. By all accounts, he really didn't like being a Power Ranger.

  2. amazing!!! I hope disney era rangers can appear as well

  3. Anonymous Says:

wow. my hopes for this thing just went back up.

  4. 牙狼 Says:

I'm actually suprised Danny Slavin decided to confirm his appearence for Super Megaforce. Seeing has how his character was originally going to die and the whole close call of not being in Forever Red.

  5. Darkoblivion17 Says:

If they didn't get Jason David Frank their chances of getting anyone else that they hadn't already gotten would probably be zero.

  6. Anonymous Says:

That should be how it's done and a great confirmation. If somehow Jason David Frank did not show up for some reasons, Saban will have to face a biggest rage from the fans they've ever faced.

  7. Anonymous Says:

Finally Good news! Jason David Frank for the win!

  8. Unknown Says:

awww yeah they got Jason David Frank now i wonder what ranger he will apear as one or all

  9. Blazer Says:

    Wait, KARONE?!

Woooooooooow. Kendrix can't make it, so her replacement steps in again XD!

...ten bucks we'll see TJ and pizza being brought up again!

  10. Anonymous Says:

Hopefully they get Christopher Khayman Lee (Andros) to also come.
    LET'S ROCKET!!!

  11. @Alex Perez: Well, apparently a lot of his negative attitude came from how the producers shafted the Lost Galaxy cast in the team-up with Lightspeed Rescue. I remember hearing that he used the money earned to put himself through law school, and looked at the role as one of those "I was young and needed the money" things. But who knows, maybe his attitude has softened in the intervening decade.

  12. Anonymous Says:

Oh Shit Leo Tommy Damon tj and karone :D news is happy for the first time

  13. Anonymous Says:

So what about the Disney era actors? we saw a photo of Ciara Hanna with Jason Smith (Casey from Jungle Fury) posted on her Instagram, rumours also emerged that Milo Cawthorne and Olivia Tennet (Ziggy and Dr. K from RPM) recently returned to New Zealand. Lets also not forget Matt Austin's outburst about not getting invited

  14. WillowWisp Says:

Kinda intriguing why Danny Slavin decided to come back, especially after he walked off the shooting for a couple of PR specials, after being paid less. Considering how many rangers were being paid less for this trip, it's still surprising he said yes.

Also, while I will admit that it is nice to get some familiar faces, I realized that at least half of the rangers confirmed are red rangers. Not that that is specifically a BAD thing, by ANY means. I just hope that we get some other coloured rangers returning, as well. Personally hoping for Justin to make some kind of awesome appearance.

Also, on the topic of bringing back TJ, I can only assume that there will be an adaptation of the Carranger episode, I guess...I seriously hope Saban won't use the footage from that. I mean...yeah, they used quite a bit of Carranger's footage, but the Carranger episode was just too silly.

  15. Anonymous Says:

Bet Saban can save alot of money to invite when inviting a 4 in 1 ranger like Jason.

  16. Anonymous Says:

im happy they got Jason David Frank, im pleased 8 more got invites. how many more do we need to have a celebration like gokaiger albeit with 20 legends, 104 produced suits (95 less than japan) and hoping for english ranger keys (will be keeping Japanese keys, is it logical to buy in bulk to get the 95 less suits we did not adapt in addition to what we did use?).

  17. Anonymous Says:

2 days of filming 10 returning veterans. 5 Current cast members. Why do I get the feeling we are potentially looking at best another "Once a Ranger" at worst a 30 second spot for each returning ranger ? My confidence is at all time low in how Tzachor and crew can pull this off successfully. I cringe every time I think of Troy still as the leader. Oh well, We will see.

  18. Anonymous Says:

Good. After all the bad news we had to endure last week, it is great to know there will be some veterans from the franchise returning.

  19. And that is why I kept the faith. I now eagerly await SMF, while before I cautiously await. Still no idea how it'll go, but I ain't judging until the finale ends and we're speculating on Gobusters' adaptation. :)

  20. arale norimaki Says:

    no Austin St. John ?

  21. Anonymous Says:

Will be officially watchin super megaforce!! Just wish they'd hurry up and get to the american version of the legendary battle, I'm curious how they're gonna do that.

  22. arake norimaki Says:

Frank was supposed to be the lead character Adam Steele in VR Troopers

i more like six in one

"I am the Green Ranger! Only I'm more powerful than you, White Ranger. So, you gonna fight against yourself?"

  23. Anonymous Says:

saban finally did something right by getting one of the most popular power rangers of all time jason david frank signed on.hopefully he will have a big role in the series not just a small cameo apperance.hopefully they will ask austin st john, walter emanuel jones, amy jo johnson, or johny yong bosch to join the cast.

  24. Anonymous Says:

Mighty morphin and Dino Thunder. Plus time force. We now have access to the Silver Ranger's mecha, everyone. Let's just hope it doesn't get screwed up...

  25. Anonymous Says:

    Tommy - awesome of course

    Leo - very cool

Karone - fuck yea she was so hot in Lost Gaxlaxy

Damon - REALLY??? Damon?? the guy that nobody fucking remembers. Should of gotten Kai or Maya instead.

    TJ - cool

Carter Garyson - fuck yea!!! one of my favorite ranger is returning. Saban should try and get all the lightspeed rescue rangers

    Mike - nobody cares

Emily - hot but nobody cares

Overall it's good that Saban isn't completely fucking up this anniversary season. Keep getting more legend rangers saban

  26. Anonymous Says:

    @Blazer
Eh well probably a good reason why...either heatlh problems, other responsibilities or lost contact.

But, yeah, it's nice to see Melody Perkins/Kerone back in action. YAAAAAY!!!!

  27. GodsLoyalSon Says:

That one will be interesting because some of the themes were power rangers related with the main villan being like Venjix from RPM. That one should be pretty good though

  28. Anonymous Says:

Surprised to see Danny Slavin and Melody Perkins as part of the returning cast. Happy to see JDF back as Tommy.

  29. Anonymous Says:

great to hear of a few confirmed guys so far. Hopefully we still will get more and a few disney era ones too. even though i know most have reported to not even being asked. Also wouldnt we have to add blake foster into the confirmed list, hasnt he said he is returning or is that still unconfirmed.

  30. Anonymous Says:

You people need to STOP posting un-confirmed rumors!!! Only Jason Faunt has PUBLICLY said ANYTHING about returning!!

So by saying certain people are coming back, especially from an unconfirmed source (doesn't matter who, Fury Diamond does NOT count as a reliable source since they got their info SECOND HAND!!!)

Please, stop getting people's hopes up until each PERSON announces it or Saban does.

And considering that I work for Jason David Frank, I might be a bit more in the know than some un-named, un-confirmed second hand source.

  31. There maybe hope after all. Alas, there is one ranger will not be there, that Trini (Tuey Trang), she always a yellow ranger forever.

  32. Anonymous Says:

Well, looks like JDF is, and has always been, the catalyst for Power Rangers. At least that's good news for the fans. :)

  33. Anonymous Says:

Now the only I'm really curious of now is how Saban and Co. will pull off the scene for the Legendary War. Film it with new scenes? Remember, teams from pre-MMPR are included on that epic scene. :)

  34. Anonymous Says:

So much good news at once! I will watch Super Megaforce! I'm so happy they got Carter and Leo back too!

  35. Unknown Says:

I'm still gonna sit this one out. I can't bring myself to watch them poop all over Gokaiger.

  36. Anonymous Says:

JDF is in it? Big deal... Can we get someone that isnt an over-rated ranger with an ego that is too big for a helmet?

  37. I'm going to be up all night wondering how in the hell they got Danny Slavin to come back. Good list, though I'm still bummed about no Titanium Ranger. Feels like such a waste not to bring back the only American made Ranger. JDF was a lock from the start. He said he'd do it for free anyway months ago.

  38. Anonymous Says:

See, this post shows that this site shouldn't just constantly make posts about people who aren't coming(Not counting the ones with reasons and the controversy).
All those posts create are people feeling disappointed, Alleged fans of PR giving up on the series and sticking with SS, and SS fans using that small amount of information as enough proof for why PR sucks.

Anyway, I'm sure this is going to be a pretty good season even though it won't be comparable to gokaiger's 299 plus ranger war, but you can't blame them for not forcing all the pre-zyuranger heroes into the series. Though that would be awesome, especially if all the footage is american.

  39. Anonymous Says:

hope patricia ja lee aka pink turbo/space.................

  40. Do you have any link that i can watch power rangers megaforce?

  41. arale norimaki Says:

We don't have access to the Silver Ranger's mecha &powers

    no Jeffrey Parazzo

Trent Fernandez, the White Dino Ranger

  42. Anonymous Says:

Are they at least going to at least one person per a season to show up in Power Rangers Super Megaforce?
(I also just found out that the actress that played Udonna died three years ago, why didn't anyone ever told me that?)

  43. Anonymous Says:

It really doesn't matter how many veteran Power Rangers actors appear in the Power Rangers Super Megaforce (actually, it’s SUPER MEGAFARCE as somebody pointed out via comments posted in at least one of the earlier blogs!), the supposed anniversary for the Power Rangers series, it’s really a JOKE and a SHAM! There is truly nothing memorable about this BVLL$#!T event except for a very high level of absurdity that the Power Rangers series has to offer overall. To the fantards of this series, the man behind this dumbfuck show, Haim Saban, doesn't really care about how you'd want his production team to create this show (he could care less even if the show STINKS LIKE HELL, which it actually does), he just simply hopes to sucker you guys into buying the merchandise of such shitty franchise (i.e., toys, DVDs, etc.). For some of the people who have said Saban is cheap and greedy, they are not wrong at all and there is a great deal of truth to it even though it may seem to be no big deal.

  44. Anonymous Says:

For me Gokaigers was one of the best sentai series and was able to memorate all the past sentai teams too. But the problem is that Power rangers usually just focuses on teamwork and friends, super sentai they have a more specific focus for each team. So I really dont think Saban can actually commerate the power ranger seeing as they all teach the same thing. And aside from who is appearing and not and how bad the story line really is, the nerve of Saban trying to pull some bullshit by calling it "Super Megaforce". Megaforce I think is a generic name and its stupid. What pisses me off even more is that samurai and megaforce's second season is just practically the same except they just added the word "super". Really Saban? At least in mighty morphin to zeo and turbo they actually changed the series' name. I think its just sad how we had such amazing titles for the past 10 years and then they try to pull this crap out. Saban is getting so lazy and pathetic, I wish someone would just stop them for everyone's sake.

@anon May 15 5:17, stop trying to destroy our hopes! After so much bad news, isn't it about time we had some good news? And at anon#44, GTFO!

  46. Anonymous Says:

@Anonymous #46, Power Rangers fans like you just can't take criticism of the show that you are madly in love with. The truth of the matter is Power Rangers series is one of the worst superheroes TV shows ever produced since it is a partial Xerox copy of the original superheroes TV show of Japan, known as the Super Sentai series. By expressing your opinions of how "superior" the Power Rangers series has been as compared to the Super Sentai series via blogs/vlogs of various websites, you guys are making yourselves a bunch of laughingstocks and you simply just don't know it! LOL!!!

  47. Anonymous Says:

@anon#47, I am a Power Rangers fan and a Super Sentai fan. I am just telling those two others to not ruin the hopes of people who like Power Rangers. And just because you think Power Rangers suck, doesn't mean it actually does. In fact, if it weren't for Power Rangers, I would never have heard of Super Sentai.

  48. Anonymous Says:

@Anonymous #48, there you go again, you just can't accept the reality or take a brutally honest criticism! You claim to be "both a Power Rangers fan and a Super Sentai fan" just to support your pro-Power Rangers stances. I was just stating the obvious, and seriously, Power Rangers is truly a parody of Super Sentai in more ways than one rather than a meaningful adaptation of it. Such parody really belongs to a very special TV channel that is made for the shows to be ridiculed, I mean shows in addition to the Power Rangers such as VR Troopers, Masked Rider and Big Bad Beetleborgs (THANK GOD THAT THEY WERE CANCELLED LONG AGO), which were all bastardized shows made from other tokusatsu genres of Metal Hero and Kamen Rider by Haim Saban’s production company. Even if Power Rangers didn't exist, you still would eventually hear about Super Sentai one way or another! Likewise, even if VR Troopers, Masked Rider and Big Bad Beetleborgs didn't exist, you still would eventually hear about their original sources of adaptation somehow.

  49. Anonymous Says:

Anon#49 Leave the poor guy alone. If he says he likes both PR and SS, then that's good enough! Quit being such a purist prick and just go watch Super Sentai like a good boy.

  50. Anonymous Says:

@Anon0049 there you go again with your sentai purism!! as Anon0048 stop ruining our hopes. Just because someone adapats it doesn't mean it's an automatic copy!! How is it a paraody? Do you know what a paraody is it makes fun of something!! WTF are talking about " Even if Power Rangers didn't exist, you still would eventually hear about Super Sentai one way or another!" People would think that it's chessy!! So you should praise it!! Sentai snob! Before you call me a Power Rangers fanboy! Mind you I'm both a sentai and ranger fan! Why? Cause I watch Power Rangers before Super Sentai!! So overall if it weren't for Power Rangers, American kids would never care about Sentai at all!! Pure and simple!! Shut up and watch sentai as much as you want!!

  51. Anonymous Says:

@Anonymous #51, I truly feel sorry for you and those who hold view that is similar to yours or worse regarding to both the Power Rangers and Super Sentai series, your logic in defense of the Power Rangers show does not make much sense whatsoever. But you know what, just keep watching it as much as you'd like and you'll eventually turn into the show's purist, or a cult member rather. And that's your right, which is quite alright!

  52. Anonymous Says:

Fans like you make me upset. Gokaiger is the Japanese Version, aka Super Sentai. This the American Version the Power Rangers.. Two different things. But a lot of fans are just like you.

  53. Anonymous Says:

Why was it so sucsesful then?

  54. Unknown Says:

I would be surprised if the Wild Force Red Ranger wasn't in this, considering he was already in Samurai, thus proving he has worked with Saban recently and is willing to take the low pay.
